What if my photo is blurry?

Most phone photos look softer on a large print than they do on the screen — that's normal. Before the file goes to press we run an auto-enhance pass that sharpens edges, lifts shadow detail, and corrects the warm cast indoor lights leave behind. You'll see the enhanced preview at the chosen size before you pay. If it still doesn't look right at 1000 pieces, the configurator will suggest a smaller piece count where the detail holds up — or you swap the photo entirely.

Will it look like the photo on my phone?

Close, but honest answer: not identical. Screens are backlit and saturated; paper is reflective. We color- correct toward how the scene actually looked, not how the phone rendered it, so skin tones come out natural and skies stop going purple. The preview you approve is a faithful render of what the press will produce — what arrives matches what you signed off on.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes. The configurator shows the preview at the chosen piece count with your crop and the auto-enhance applied. Nothing is charged until you tap Confirm, and you can go back and re-crop, swap photos, or change the size as many times as you like before then.

What size should I pick?

252 pieces is a comfortable evening — good for children from roughly age eight, or for a quick gift. 500 sits in the family-night zone. 1000 is the standard adult puzzle and what most people choose for a face or a landscape they want to spend real time with. 1500 is for people who already know they like a long sit-down with a tricky one. Pieces are the same physical size across all counts — the puzzle just gets bigger.

Can I use a photo of someone famous?

We don't moderate uploads, so technically you can put anything in the configurator. But responsibility for having the right to print an image sits with you. We won't knowingly press obviously copyrighted material — recognizable movie stills, album art, that kind of thing — and we'll cancel and refund if we spot it after checkout. A photo you took, of your dog, your wedding, or your grandparents, is exactly what we're here for.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within three working days of you approving the preview. Orders go tracked and typically arrive within a few working days of dispatch, so most people have their puzzle within a week of ordering. You'll get a dispatch email with the tracking number the moment it leaves the workshop.

How does it arrive?

In a box with your photo printed on the top, so it looks like a gift the moment it's opened — and doubles as the reference image while you build. It's wrapped carefully so it turns up in perfect shape.

What if I'm not happy with it?

Custom-printed items have limited change-of-mind rights — once a puzzle has been pressed with your photo, it can't be resold. But if it arrives damaged, miscut, or visibly different from the preview you approved, we'll reprint it. Full detail on our refunds policy page, and your statutory rights always apply.
