Where we deliver
Right now we deliver within the United States. If you're somewhere else and you've got your eye on a puzzle, drop us a line through our contact page — we're widening where we ship, and it genuinely helps to know where to head next.
Cost and timing
Delivery is calculated for your order at checkout, so you'll always see the exact cost and an estimated arrival date before you pay — nothing hidden, nothing added later.
One thing worth knowing: custom photo puzzles are printed to order, so they take a little longer to leave us than ready-made puzzles, boards and accessories, which we can send straight out. Either way, the estimate at checkout already accounts for it.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email the moment you order, and a second email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If you'd like a nudge on where it's got to, our contact page with your order number and we'll take a look.
If something arrives damaged or not right
It's rare, but if your order turns up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, send us a photo through our contact page and we'll put it right — a replacement or a refund, with no need to send the original back. You'll find the full detail on our refunds page.
Delayed or lost
Carriers have the occasional off day. If your order hasn't arrived around when the checkout estimate said it would, get in touch through our contact page with your order number — we'll chase it with the carrier, and if it's confirmed lost we'll remake and resend it at our cost.
